Patterns in a Floodzone - AOP Gold Award - These images explore coastal regions in Ireland increasingly vulnerable to rising sea levels. Photographed from above, they reveal intricate tidal patterns, traces of a shifting boundary between land and sea. Through this elevated perspective, the work reflects on the fragile balance of these environments and the growing pressures they face in a changing climate.

Prosperous - This project began after a visit to Prosperous near the Bog of Allen in County Kildare. While peat extraction shaped Ireland’s economy, it left stark landscapes often associated with raised bogs. These images focus on lesser-seen intact or restored bogs, revealing vibrant ecosystems and their role as vital carbon sinks for Ireland’s future.
